Law Enforcement: Are they doing their job?
So today I spent some of my time reading about animal's who have recently been abused. It was heartbreaking to hear about cat's being set on fire by teenage boys, dogs being beaten, and livestock not being fed properly. I also witnessed seeing a picture of two young boys hanging a puppy. There were plenty of post's on this subject and a clear picture, they were forced to pay a fine of thirty five dollars and then were released. Now how is this fair? According to law we are all equal, and then you see people just walk away from a crime. What is this saying about our Law enforcement? I want to hear your comment's on if you think this is okay.
